A healthy society is founded on the principle of justice, shared economic opportunity and sustainable environmental practices. It relies on the respect for human rights, the vitality of communities and the integrity of all creations. Subverting the idea of the center will lead to a new approach to the peripheries of our cities from a different perspective, shifting the IN & OUT breaking the boundaries between the two.
IDENTITY | ACCESSIBILITY | SPACE It is a fundamental right of everyone to be active part of the city they live and to make this feasible, is vital to create identification, experiences and spaces in which every single person and every community can feel represented despite limitations and boundaries.
IDENTITY: WHO WE ARE It's important to understand that identity is not a fixed entity, It is indeed an on going process/experience of transformation of who we are in relationship with the others and with the environment.
SPACE: WHERE WE LIVE & OPERATE Is the physical area in which we live, we work, we spend our free time, but also the area we want to be but we can’t for several reasons.
ACCESSIBILITY: LIMITS AND BOUNDARIES For a series of reasons (class, gender, economic status, legal status, disability, ethnicity, religion) people don't have equal access to spaces.
